ABOUT ME

Hello,

 

My name is Florani, though many call me Flo. I am currently apprenticing under world-renowned artist Brandon Tenedora at Kapwa Tattoo Studio in Honolulu, Hawaii.

 

Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, I moved to Hawaii with my family in 2016. I studied Fine Arts at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa with a focus on oil painting where my love for art flourished and my understanding of composition, texture, and detail deepened. Through tattooing as a new medium, I hope to create a unique and meaningful experience with each individual who enters my space, guided by my academic foundation and intention.

My work primarily focuses on black and grey fine line pieces, with subjects inspired by nature, florals, animals, ornamentals, realism, and calligraphy—each thoughtfully composed to feel both personal and enduring.

I value connection, trust, and presence throughout the tattooing process, and I strive to create a space that feels calm, safe, and collaborative. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or only a feeling, I welcome you into a shared creative experience.
