By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Deposits & Booking Confirmation

Due to the high volume of inquiries, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit reserves your appointment time and compensates the artist for time spent on consultation, preparation, and design work. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo session on the day of your appointment.
Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel your appointment, decide not to proceed with the tattoo, or fail to meet the requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions, your deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling Policy
​
Clients may reschedule their appointment one (1) time only, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date only if proper notice is given.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Repeated rescheduling requests may require a new deposit at the artist’s discretion.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation.

Clients who arrive excessively late or fail to show up for their appointment may forfeit their deposit and will be required to submit a new deposit to rebook.

No-shows will not be accommodated or rescheduled without a new deposit.
Artist Discretion
​
The artist reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, signs of intoxication, illness, failure to follow aftercare or preparation instructions, or misrepresentation of requested design, placement, or size.
In cases where the artist cancels due to personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit may be transferred to a future date or refunded at the artist’s discretion.
Design Changes
​
Minor adjustments to the design may be made on the day of the appointment. Significant design changes, size changes, or placement changes may require additional time, rescheduling, or a new deposit.
Health & Eligibility
​
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment.
By booking, you confirm that you are not pregnant, nursing, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or affected by any medical condition that would prevent safe tattooing unless disclosed and approved in advance.
Studio Information
​
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation email containing the studio location, parking instructions, and any additional appointment details to ensure a smooth arrival.
